MODELSHOW EUROPE ON 19 MARCH

Modelshow Europe 2022

After two years of absence, the time has finally come again. On Saturday 19th March, the 29th edition of Modelshow Europe will take place in the Plantion in Ede. This model show has grown to be the biggest event in Europe for this specific model area. What makes this exhibition so special is the fact that this show is specifically aimed at a certain type of model making: only models of cranes, heavy transport and earth moving machines are represented at this show.

As one of the most important suppliers of trailers for international exceptional road transport, Nooteboom is closely associated with this unique event. The largest collection of exceptional trailers in all scales are of the Nooteboom brand, licensed by the leading manufacturers including WSI, IMC, Conrad, Oxford Diecast, Corgi, NZG, Herpa, Marge Models and AT Collections. At the Modelshow Europe we will show you a preview of the latest model, the Nooteboom SWC Super Wing Carrier.

Modelshow Europe, Plantion, Wellensiekstraat 4, Ede. Open from 10.00 – 16.00 hrs. More information about this event: www.modelshow-europe.com

NOOTEBOOM MCOS SEMI LOWLOADERS

Nooteboom MCOS semi-lowloader

New tooling

We are proud to present the new Nooteboom MCOS semi lowloaders, which IMC Models has developed in collaboration with Nooteboom. These models come in a 3- and 4-axle version. And are available in several versions, such as with and without ramps and signs on the gooseneck.

FEATURES
The 3- and 4-axle semi lowloaders are equipped with many realistic features, such as an extendable loading floor that can be fixed in different lengths and is equipped with plastic wooden floor parts and a chassis with steered axles. Furthermore, the die-cast scale model is provided with the characteristic logo and operating stickers.

Just like our real trailers, the miniatures can be expanded with folding ramps. A nice detail are the fixed chain parts that keep the folding ramps in place in riding positions. Other features include a spare wheel and detachable plates and the gooseneck tool box on the neck.

REDLINE ANNIVERSARY EDITION – 140 YEARS NOOTEBOOM
The first model to be released appears in the Nooteboom Redline Series: the MCOS semi low-loader with Mercedes-Benz Actros GigaSpace 6×4. For the 140th anniversary, this model is provided with “140 years on the road” pad printing and a custom made packaging.

This anniversary edition appears in a limited edition of 250 pieces. The model will be delivered in August, but can be ordered from today in the Nooteboom Shop.

MODEL BUILDING SHOW JULY 10 AND 11

Modelbouwshow

Model building show (Modelbouwshow) is the public event in the Benelux for every model builder, building block enthusiast, hobbyist and fanatic, from young to old. The Nooteboom miniatures will also be fully available at this show in the Nooteboom Shop, which has a stand there.

The Modelbouwshow makes a one-off trip to Noord-Brabant (NL). The 29th edition of this festival will take place this year on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 July in the Autotron near ‘s-Hertogenbosch. It is a one-off relocation: in February 2022, the event will “just” return to the Zeelandhallen in Goes. The organization of this largest model construction show in the Benelux has opted for the relocation because of the circumstances surrounding the corona virus and the ongoing measures.

Entrance tickets can be purchased from 1 June via https://modelbouwshow.nl/kaartverkoop/. The entrance fee is not yet known, but is expected to be EUR 11 for adults and EUR 5 for children aged 3-15. Opening hours are 10 AM – 6 PM daily.
